Social Media Manager Job Specifications

  • Responsibilities

    Content Creation: Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing graphic content tailored for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

    Professional Posting: Craft informative, engaging, and professional posts that align with brand voice and objectives across all platforms.

    Social Media Strategy: Monitor and adapt to algorithm changes, focusing on LinkedIn optimization to maximize visibility and engagement.

    Audience Engagement: Proactively interact with audiences through consistent and thoughtful engagement on all social media platforms.

    Collaboration: Maintain clear and effective communication with the office and operations teams to align social media efforts with business goals.

    Video Content: Create compelling video content to diversify and enhance the brand’s online presence.

  • Qualifications

    Proven experience managing social media accounts, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

    Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software.

    In-depth understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for optimization.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

    Ability to provide references, referrals, and proof of original work.

    Preferred Skills

    Experience creating video content for social media platforms.

    A demonstrated ability to track and analyze social media performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
